The Year 11 Building and Construction students have taken their roofing project to the next level, transforming their work into a brand-new coffee shop for our Certificate II in Hospitality students.
What started as a construction project has become a real-world learning space, creating opportunities for students across different pathways to develop practical skills, build confidence and experience what it means to work together on something meaningful.
It is a fantastic example of learning beyond the classroom, with students building for students, learning from each other and creating opportunities for the future. A coat of paint is all thatโs left!
We love seeing our young people working together to create something that will benefit their peers and the wider College community.
