𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲

Recently, the Year 7 and 8 students took part in the Water Corporation Waterwise Experience during their HASS period. This interactive and immersive incursion is designed to inspire curiosity and action around water sustainability in Western Australia and the world.

Using silent disco technology and engaging storytelling, students travelled through different ‘tent worlds’ to explore our water sources, treatment processes and the importance of protecting our planet’s precious resources for a growing population.

From journeying through an arid landscape to exploring space and viewing Perth from a new perspective, students discovered how our choices today can help create a more sustainable future.

The incursion was a fantastic hands-on learning experience that encouraged our students to become sustainability ambassadors!
