The College’s Vision and Moral Purpose is supported by a comprehensive planning process. The College's Business Plan aligns to the Department’s strategic plan. The Business Plan is supported by a Strategic Directions Document. The SDD is a detailed plan for improvement with Key Performance Indicators and Milestones for each stage of our journey. Each learning area also has an operational plan that is aligned to the Strategic Directions Document. The College is a member of the Fogarty Edvance program in Cohort Six. The Edvance program is a comprehensive school improvement program over three years.
